Special Showing of Liveable Arlington Organizational Film
Hosted by the Sierra Club
Thursday, September 26, 2024 | 7:00 PM
The organizational film (by Michael Rowley) looks at fracking in the Barnett Shale in Arlington, and the 10-year history and campaigns of grassroots environmental organization Liveable Arlington to protect residents from fracking expansion.
With dramatic drone views of frack sites extracting methane gas amidst residential neighborhoods, the film poses questions about the physical and environmental dangers of urban fracking and those who have long advocated to stop it.

Please RSVP on either Facebook or Meetup. Admission is free. We hope you can join us!
